Support the CBF

“As long as a man is handicapped before the bar of justice because of his poverty, our task as lawyers is not done.”
-- Robert Kennedy

As lawyers and legal professionals, there is one thing that binds us together: we are the guardians of our justice system and have a unique professional responsibility to ensure that everyone has equal access to that system. Through The Chicago Bar Foundation, we can come together to advance that cause and to bring critical support to our community’s whole pro bono and legal aid system with an impact that none of us could on our own.

When you contribute to the CBF, you support all of the pro bono and legal aid organizations serving our community; you make it possible for dedicated lawyers to do this critical work; and you make our courts and justice system more user-friendly and accessible for those in need.

The CBF’s work is made possible by the generous support of thousands of other individual donors, more than 150 law firms and corporations, and many other dedicated supporters.

There are number of different ways to financially support our work in the community:
Investing in Justice Campaign
Individual Giving
Law Firm Support
Corporate Support
Cy Pres and Residual Fund Awards
